First of all, I apologise if this is in the wrong section.

Just wondering if someone could tell me how to use the Group Bourden tool properly. As the help manual doesn't work on my computer.

So far, i've worked out that you can use the directional arrows but not what sure i'm supposed to be marking, i've just had a mess and go along each set of "dots" and highlight a set that has four dots in but this probably isn't right.

So if anyone could give me some information, it'd be much appreciated!

You are correct it grouping the cells that have groups of 4 dots. Use the right arrow to go right and the up arrow to select or deselect. You can also only go back one space to correct any errors.

Accuracy is just as important as speed so don't go in all guns blazing. If you can do half a page with no errors or without missing any then you are doing good.

Also, just be aware that when you come to sit them for real, you may have to do it on paper rather than computer.

practice practice practice....you will find you get better as time goes on.

Thanks for your reply. Glad to know I'm doing it right. I get can down to half a page, simple enough, never usually get more than 3 errors but as you said, "practice practice practice"!
