Groundstaff - DB Schenker

Hi all,

I have FINALLY been invited to an assessment/interview day for DB Schenker on Friday for Groundstaf at Llanwern.

Can anyone tell me what to expect from the assessments/interview, and if anyone has information on Llanwern specifically, what that's like too?

Hi mate.
The interview will ask you about times you've used effective communication skills, probably when you've dealt with a critical incident and when you've had to work alone.
Llanwern is still quite busy. Depends where you go. DB have guys in the exchange yard and slab mills who work alongside Tata guys. Best of luck.
