Greenford Branch Line - Gradient Profile

Hello all,
I'm planning on making the Greenford Branch Line in Train Simulator. To do this, I need to know the gradients of the route. From Google Earth I've worked out it has a few gradients, but to make the most accurate route possible, I need to know what the gradients are and how long each one lasts for.
I'm just wondering if anyone has the gradient profile for the West Ealing-Greenford line in an electronic form? Seeing as it's a branch line I doubt it will appear in the BR Mainline Gradient Profiles book I've seen mentioned online. I'd greatly appreciate any help you can give.

http://www.railwaydata.co.uk/linefiles/ has gradient data (and more) for every track in the sectional appendix. You should just be able to search for Greenford in the search bar and it'll bring up the relevant pdf

Is there a site for disused lines such as Port Road, Great Central, Workington-Keswick-Penrith, Stainmore route, Waverley etc?

I don't know about a website with the data, but many of these lines were covered in gradient diagrams published from the 1930s onward by the Railway Magazine/Tothill Press and later by Ian Allan. Frequently available from second-hand bookshops and through the internet.
