Green Shunter at Willesden

Travelling on the Watford DC line on Saturday, we noticed a shunter near Willesden. It was green and the number couldn't be seen easily. I reckon it's 09007 which seems to have been repainted at Willesden TMD as seen here. Can anybody confirm whether or not this is the one there?
