Greek Railways

Wondering if anyone has any knowledge of future developments of the Greek Rail system, particularly the following:

Completion date for direct services Athens-Patras - this seems to have been going on for ever.
Mesolonghi-Agrinio line - surprised to see so much unused good quality track this spring, but I'm aware of the political background.
Any plans to reopen parts of the Peloponnese system other than the Olympia connection.
Any other future openings/reopenings.

Athens-Patras. They cannot even agree where the new Patras station is going to be. So not in our lifetime.
