Now that our George has supported the Norwich in 90 campaign
What thoughts on how to upgrade the GEML
2 additional tracks to Colchester straighten out the bends from there to Ipswich and new 140 MPH stock working limited stops ,Stratford- Colchester
then werever you like to Norwich cos it dont effect me

140 mph trains would be wasted on the GEML. You won't get two tracks north of Shenfield I believe (happy to be corrected), too many obstacles I think. But your Clacton/Harwich semi-fast ects are gonna slow it down. I don't see why the line needs 'intercity' status, I liked the plan offering an AC 444 type train. Makes much more sense to me tb
