Greater Anglia Wherry Lines

So we were in Acle Norfolk last weekend and wanted to spend the Day on the Wherry lines
GA sell a Wherry line ranger for £7.60 if you are over 60 which is stunning value
At Acle ticket office is a machine but it does not sell The Ranger
So I contacted the information via the intercom at Acle to seek advice
The nice man in Bangalore told me the only option was to buy a ticket to Great Yarmouth
I ignored this got on the train and guard came around and sold me the tickets
( Every train we went on had a ticket check )

The Class 755 s are very nice and quiet, the windows line up and we had a great day
Of course GA are still pedalling the Covid narative
Posters at Acle threating fines, and the displays on the trains the same.

GA are slow at removing the Covid stuff, their latest TV advert even has the hare washing his armpits with sanitiser Wonder if they have removed the do not use sign on the middle seat at Buckenham yet.



But yes the 755s have transformed all the East Anglia branches.
