Can anyone provide any insights into the trainee depot driver role? Good and bad.
I have been offered the role in the Ilford depot and keen to gain inside knowledge of the position i.e. someone who is currently in this role, has done this role previously or knows someone who is doing this role currently or has done this role previously - basically I am seeking information about the role that is not outlined in the job spec - I want to know about the training, training time, the assessments, the Ilford depot, the people at the depot, what to expect on the job after training, overtime working, sunday working, parking, holidays, shift swaps, etc.
Future prospects? Management? Ability to move depots?
