Same here! From my experience of other TOCs I’m not holding my breath on getting a DMI anytime soon.
You never know. I applied to C2C previously and they were fast with getting the assessments and DMI done closely apart. From what I've been seeing GA might be the same especially as some people already had the DMI though I suspect they did the tests on a previous time so didn't have to redo them and so fast tracked to DMI.

Yep, I have my assessments completed already, so went from online application straight to DMI and had my medical all within 30days.

Had my DMI on the 5th And have just received the news. Unsuccessful this time. So looks like roughly a 2 week wait. Good luck to everyone else.

How was the DMI and what do you think didn’t go well? Or where do you feel like you could of improved your answers on?

Sorry to hear that finn. At least think positively that you don't have to do the tests again for a while. Like with me I completed the standard tests with another TOC a couple months back and only had to do the DFFT as that's the enhanced test for GA.

Hey folks, I applied for this back when it first went out, got this email back at the beginning of May:

"
Dear Candidate,
Following the online assessment (situational judgement test) that was sent to you last week, I can confirm that you have passed.

What this now means is that you are being held in a pool of applicants awaiting the next stage, the psychometric testing. There are 2 stages to this part of the process and you must pass both if you are to be invited for an interview.
..."

If some of you are progressing beyond there but I've not heard anything, is that it for me this time?

It was okay, fairly similar to the MMI. I think I found it hard not to generalise and give specific examples. I've just emailed to ask for feed back. So I guess I'll see.

Yeah that is the good thing. I would prefer GA as its my local TOC. And I think it would be better for work life balance. But I'll keep my eye out for others.

Finn88, have you received your feed back? I also failed in the DMI and sent email for the feedback but still waiting.

Did you send email to the person who invited you to the DMI? Or there is other HR email?

Assuming no one has heard from Liverpool Street still? Can it usually take almost 2 plus months if you’re “in a pool”? Assuming it can, just I’ve seen others go further in other depots

Yeah I emailed both, manager and HR.

I got one back from HR saying they would give me feedback when they can. I think they are quite busy at the moment. So hopefully won't take too long

I got an email last Friday asking me to take first priority between 2 depots I applied for so told them which one. I managed to apply for the Ilford depot driver and the Bishop Stortford mainline. I said to take priority on the BS vacancy as its the mainline role. Its further away from me compared to Ilford though within the 60 minute travel catchment done the motorway so hoping its within their criteria.

Just waiting to hear for the DMI dates.

That's good. I got through to DMI for another company previously though had not heard anything back so assume did not get through. Might message their HR and see if they had feedback in place for me.

Thanks Finn88. I emailed HR but didn’t get any reply. Do you mind telling me which address did you send to?

Looks like people are getting their interview invites. Mine I have to do via Microsoft teams. Not a fan doing it through that compared to face to face. Waiting on them to send the teams invite

Hi everyone

Does anybody know where the driver training takes place for GA?

Are you permanently undertaking the training at Stratford or is it elsewhere?

Thanks

Is that for all trainees? So a mixture of Norwich and Stratford?

Tends to be drivers for Norwich/Ipswich. These are for the Stadler fleet as no 720 simulator at Norwich as neither of these (Anglia Railways) depots sign them.

It would say ideally if you've been contracted or reached that stage, as DK says mainly Norwich and Ipswich drivers are at the Norwich Training center. Most of the other depots will be at Stratford Academy.

Hi guys

I’ve got my DMI date booked with Greater Anglia on Microsoft teams.

Does anybody have a rundown on the questions that may be asked so I can revise my answers?

How long does the interview take roughly?

All the best and thanks for all your help!

Outside of Bishops and Clacton I do wonder what other depot has seen any candidates reach the DMI stage in this campaign.
