What reason do you have to believe that?

They sent out emails today (at least, I received it today) stating that those who applied last year have now reached the 6 month mark, meaning the applications will be withdrawn and vacancies reposted on the 2nd May.

I’ve had these emails today which I find incredibly frustrating. I only did my stage one in March, and was told they’d be in contact asap to do the stage 2. But now I’m being told I’ve got to apply again.
Yes surely it’s a bit of a waste of time getting people to apply again that have already passed an application and stage 1?!

Usually the emails they send out are generic and go to all applicants. Since you've sat stage one, from previous campaigns it's been know for them to still contact you for the next stage.
If in doubt email the recruitment team, I'm sure in the email somewhere they'd have had contact details.
What do these emails actually say? I remember on a previous thread they spoke about getting the email stating if they haven't sat any psychometrics then their application will be wiped and they will have to reapply. I haven't received any email yet but have only completed my stage 1. Either way on the 2nd people can log into their application and they'll soon find out.

I’ve put the email below. I’ve had it for all roles I applied for. Even though I’ve done stage 1 and was told I’d be contacted for the next one.
I’d understand if they said that it would be only for people who hadn’t started the next tests cause that would make sense. But I’ll apply again anyway when the next ones go live just in case

As per the email you would have received on the 16th December 2024, this application was valid for a period of 6 months which has now passed and will now be withdrawn.
If you are still interested in this role, we will be advertising these roles this coming Friday on the 2nd May.
Ah yeah that is a bit strange but hopefully since you've already done stage 1 with them if you mention it in this application you might get picked up quicker.

Just wanted to say I was offered the role of Depot Trainee Driver yesterday for Clacton! Super happy, I passed both tests first time and had a 2 hour DMI! Just the medical to pass now! Keep applying everyone. And good luck!

Hi, thank you. I just emailed the person who contacted me about the first test (via email) and chased them that way? Hope this helps and you are able to contact etc. good luck

So I replied to the email that told me that 6 months had passed and to apply again to ask if that was true because I’d passed stage 1 and was waiting for stage 2. They’ve said I shouldn’t have got that email and that I’m still in the candidate pool, but they have no idea when stage 2 is. Which is frustrating when on the day I did stage 1 they said it should only be a few weeks. I guess I keep waiting.

I have my DMI coming up next week. I got an email to say it's via video but the confirmation email gave me no link for teams and sent me a travel voucher instead! Has anyone else had this! I have emailed recruitment and Jordan but no reply yet and I don't want to miss it obviously! Anyone got a contact number I can use to get in touch?
