Greater Anglia RPO New Starter - Any Info?

Hi All,

I'm going to be starting as an RPO in the New Year and will be based at Hertford East with AGA, although I have been told to go to Chingford for training. Anyone have any experience of either station? What the people and managers like to work with? I'm interested in any info as it's my first job on the railway and recruitment haven't really said anything about what I'll be doing when I get to Chingford, although they said they would send me out some info 2 weeks ago!

There was a few revenue on my induction a while back, think they were all for Liverpool Street though. Regarding Chingford I've only seen the drivers rooms when on PNB not the revenue bits as thats all protected by cash regs but it seems nice enough!

Revenue was my first railway job too, training was everything from tickets/railcards to conflict avoidance and how to use the Avantix mobile ticketing machine etc. You'll enjoy it!

If you want anything more specific drop me a PM and I'll see what I can do! As someone fairly new to AGA I've found everyone to be nice
