Also I used to be a London bus driver and had a staff pass for the whole TFL network, but Greater Anglia trains are not a part of that..

Good morning all.
I put my application in and completed the SJT but was unsuccessful as was e-mailed yesterday
Does anyone know if I could re-apply and if so straighaway or do I have to wait a few months?

How many tests were there Chanelle25, if you don't mind me asking? As to re-applying, I'm not sure if you can? If you used a different email address perhaps it would let you go through the process again?

As staff we get London Overground Chingford, Enfield and MTR Shenfield to Liv St. Mainly for work use.

Thanks Martin. Is it standard SJT stuff or verbal and numerical reasoning? Going to try and get it done at lunch time but if it's verbal/numerical reasoning I best get some practises in first.....
Expect to succeed? what does that mean?

Hiya Choochoobacca,
I did the initial application then was sent the SJT which I completed and that was all. I then received an email to say I was unsuccessful. To be honest I did not find the SJT complicated so I am wondering what answers they wanted me to select as I thought most of the answers were pretty obvious.....or maybe not

Would you mind if I asked seeing as you would relocate which three stations you chose? Did you pick ones your currently nearest too now? Thanks (just so as I know what to do)

Do you mean apply for the exact same vacancy you were unsuccessful at, or is this a previous vacancy you were unsuccessful at and you want to apply for this new one..?
I would imagine you could apply again in the future but as far as using another email and trying again now, personally I wouldn't recommend that as it may cause you problems around honesty and integrity, they will have your name down already. If you want to apply again now, I'd only do it if you get the go ahead from them first, you wouldn't want to damage your chances for the future

Maybe re-assess your application answers, as perhaps the rejection came from there rather than the tests? It may be something as simple as the distance you live from the station selected is too great? Good luck when you go for it again!

Do they not look at applications before inviting for the SJT then..? :-/
They may use the sjt as a screening tool before looking at the applications
