Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone who started with GA in the past can share information on the inductions for conductors.

I believe its one week in Stratford and then the remainder in Norwich?
is the stratford week like a 9-5 role and when you move back to norwich is it the same or is that when shift hours starts

cheers guys

Stratford is indeed a week and it is sort of 9-5, although you generally finish well before 5.

For the first few months in Norwich it will indeed be a "normal" working day while you do all the classroom stuff and traction training. You will start getting shift work when you begin route learning, although you don't tend to start too early but will finish late. Proper shift work starts when you start minder training plus the odd minder day during the course.
