What units are stored at Ipswich? I understand some units are stored at Ipswich for use on the Sudbury line, but do this units differ and change or is it the same unit each time?
Also how many units (dmu) are used at any one time, and do the others remain at crown point norwich.

Finally, has anyone got any diagrams for the greater anglia class 170s as well as what services each unit usually operates?

3 153s, 2 156s and a couple of 170s overnight at Ipswich. The Sudbury branch gets a different unit every day. The new unit works down from Ipswich and actually spends the night at Colchester.

As I said in the other thread, anything local that isn't a 153, 156 or EMT 158 is a 170. Diagrams can be worked out by looking at Open Train Times platform allocations (that's how I got the 156 diagrams for you :P ) but there are at least 9 or 10 170 diagrams, and I wouldn't know what is 2 car and what is 3 car. Also, due to the shortage, nothing is running to it's normal diagrams anyway.
