How long did people wait between structured interview and hearing the outcome? Getting itchy feet here! :P

Could you possibly share a bit more about what it involved? Glad it went well mate!
Its reading gauges, dials etc, cross checking information then selecting the results from the given data.
Its a bit hard to explain without diagrams. However if you get invited to the tests you will get an example booklet which I found very clear and will show you exactly what is expected.

I see, thanks! How did you find the structured interview? Seems to be one of the most difficult parts from what I can tell!

Interviewed Friday lunchtime and found out the following Thursday afternoon.
Ah not too long. Got used to hearing how i've done on the days but I suppose waiting is better so I don't end up having a really depressing journey home! eek.

I suggest its worth a phone call....it seems the Trainee Train driver jobs are on WA, and the Trainee Depot Driver Jobs are on GEML....so where were you applying for?
Good to have a date though....my husband is still waiting for his Driver Manager Interview Date

My friend you have passed the assessment process so if you do happen to fail the driver managers interview, if you apply for another trainee drivers job you dont have to go through the assessments again. You will be put on a national database to say you have passed. Congrats!!

I did my structured interview on tuesday as well. I passed too! Got my final interview on the 3rd of Jan.

Congratulations! Did you have yours in the morning? That day involved a lot of waiting!
No afternoon. She was running about an hour and a half late. Trying to do some preperation for the next interview but seems to be very mixed questions from what people have written. Some saying its criteria based again others saying its a more informal chat! :-?
