Greater Anglia app does not work buying tickets

Try twice to buy tickets on the app - took the money ok but the the tickets did not appear. Refunded twice. Is anyone else having this problem?

It isn't a first class ticket by any chance? I believe from 6th Sept Greater Anglia no longer sells first class tickets except on their London to Norwich services.

Perhaps they are updating their systems or if you are purchasing a 1st class ticket they haven't quite got it right yet.

I don't think that is happening yet. I can book a first class ticket from Cambridge for tomorrow. Can't seem to find any source about when it will actually happen!

Their latest newsletter refers to 6th Sept still but that may not be accurate. I also can't find any update. When I look at individual Great Eastern Clacton and Southend services on real train times some say 1st and standard whilst others say standard only. I may go back to the cheap seats just in case.
