Greater Anglia 153/156 Diagrams

Hello All,

Apologies to start a new thread but I cant seem to find an up to date answer on the forum anywhere since the last TT change.

Would anyone be able to advise on the diagrams which should be allocated to GA 153/156s Monday to Friday please and potentially any recommended spots to get a fair few for pictures in a short space of time (Im guessing Norwich and Ipswich maybe).

Not after any exact times as such just more the routes where im likely to find them,

You get them on most services from Norwich to Sheringham, Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft as well as some Ipswich to Felixtowe and to Lowestoft via the East Suffolk line.

Good evening,
Normally a 153 (if not a 156) on Ipswich to Felixstowe (2 sets running in morning peak) . Also normally a 156 Ipswich to Lowestoft so you could try Westerfield for some photos (also good for freight at this location). 153s and 156s should also be running Norwich to Sheringham and 156s Norwich to Lowestoft & Norwich to Great Yarmouth.

Any non mainline route north of Ipswich, with the exception of Norwich - Cambridge and Ipswich - Peterborough.

Other than those two (which are more likely to be 170s) fill your boots. Norwich is probably the best place to see as many as possible.

Recently they were on the early Ipswich - Cambridge services instead of the Class 170s. I've occasionally seen them on Ipswich - Peterborough when the 170s are out of action.
