150249 is also in Doncaster right now being refurbished to GWR Green as well as having metal work seen to after that crash in Plymouth a couple of years ago due to its dent at one end.

It’s not at Doncaster , wabtec Doncaster is only doing the angel 150s , wabtec kilmarnock is doing a small number of porterbrook 150/2 but only northern units , it’s definitely not at Doncaster

I thought it was 219 that came off worst in the collision at Plymouth - although 249 was at the rear it was checked and back in service in a matter of days.

Doncaster haven’t done a crash damaged unit for quite awhile , the driving car from the merseyrail 508 derailment was the last , before that they did a roof repair on a 142 that had a fridge dropped on it

Yeah but it has a bit of a dent beneath one of the cabs at one end

165116 expected to return from Wolverton tomorrow (Sat 2/12/17)
If it does, 165120 will join 165119 at Wolverton.

I didn't catch the number but I have just seen a FGW Livered class 150 pass Ash Bridge Junction at around 10:30 this morning heading in the direction of Stockport, presume it will be this one?

I’m not 100% sure, but I thought that Northern did operate a small number of ex-Wessex units. Maybe not though.

Northern did recieve some Wessex branded class 158's sometime in the last decade as I remember one unit having Heart of Wessex branding on it.

That would have been when FGW swapped the ex wessex 158s for the ex TPE 158s.
I think the ex Wessex 158s went to Northern, EMT & ATW

Not sure about ATW. They were certainly split between Northern, EMT and ScotRail.

Just passed Wilmslow with 150122 en roue Newton Heath
I think it was 150102 and 150122 wasn't it?

Also 143612 has returned from Bristol SPM as it was on the Devon Metro today replacing a 150 with 153372 (Too Many Pacers!)

Due to a shortage of 150s I would guess that the pacers will be in overall control on the Devon Metro until they can free up some more as 3 of the services on Thursday and Friday last week that should have been 150s were hatred pacers and today all but 1 of the services that should have been a 150 were pacers with 153s instead of 150s + 153s.

Says 150102 and 150122, doesn't it. Rest getting off thread.
