Hi,
will this steam tour stop at Gloucester ?
even when it says Gloucester UDG what does that stand for?

No, because that would mean a reversal and the kettles would be the wrong way round. (Assuming they were leading)

Gloucester UDG is probably up/down goods so will be a loop on the line towards Bristol avoiding Gloucester station

The UDG (Up Down Goods Loop) is on the city side of the Bristol-Birmingham mainline in the middle of the Barnwood triangle. We got signalled into there on a Network Rail survey train a few years ago. It is used by both north & south trains on the mainline - possibly a water stop?

It is best viewed from the Metz Way flyover which passes over the railway roughly halfway along the loop.

Gloucester UDG is the Up and Down Goods Loop (a.k.a. 19 sidings) - 1Z43 is booked to take water there from 09.55 until 10.23.
The view from Metz Way isn't too bad - the bridge is a 20 minute walk from the station.
