Great Western 165/166 on WCML

Waiting amid LO chaos at Harrow and Wealdstone, I saw a Great Western 165/166 pass on the down slow. Can’t find it on real-time trains, or maybe I’m just not looking hard enough. Does anyone know what this was?

That looks like it, I noted 16:17 in my mind. Also, why is it pathed for 40mph max? Lack of route familiarity would make the most sense but I don’t know.

The 40mph could just be a data error.

It passed quite slowly, probably about 30mph, but still, doesn’t make much sense.

A driver should not be taking a unit over a route they weren't familiar with. You either sign the route or you don't.

RTT currently has an issue with VST schedules showing different or random max speeds, so that's probably the issue here. Have definitely seen a 166 at full speed on the WCML before.
