I wouldn't expect there to be much time needed for training anyone already signing 387s.

Don’t think so - was light according to Railcam.
Noted yesterday that they were all pan down, so not sure if they aux them on occasionally now or they are left pan down..

Believe they’ve been pan down for at least 2 weeks now. Don’t think it’s sporadic, either they’ve forgotten to pan them back up or their future is bleak.

It looks like 6 more 379s could be going to Hornsey next week although it all depends on if the drags run.
The loco will return to Worksop light loco after the drags.

I see at Welwyn Garden City (Platform 3) - The 379 stickers are appearing. You may note 379 / 387 on things like stopping points and ramps.

A P4 arrival at Donny on the 12:45 ex LDS sent us via the Decoy and I Just spotted 2x Class 379’s on the old postal platforms at Donny, split, rear unit pan up, front unit pan down and hooked up to a class 57. Both heading south I assume?

When were they sent back?
They're apparently a bit of a mess so are inspected thoroughly and sent back for works, and presumably at the ROSCOs expense. Then new ones arrive to be checked and so on.
