Apologies if there's already a thread, but just been sent a screen-grab of an ORR application by Grand Union Trains to run 91s+9+DVT on the GWML, Calling Paddington, Bristol PW, Severn Tunnel Jcn, Newport and Cardiff.

Interesting, but I fail to see how it could be anything other than an Orcats raid? Surely it's abstracting revenue, STJ alone doesn't justify a major service to London!!
