Grand Central train at Derby

Passed through Derby earlier and I'm sure I saw a Grand Central train parked up.

Anyone any idea what it was doing down this neck of the woods?

It was this ECS move - http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/O02156/2014/05/28/advanced . I believe it was 180114, and its a regular occurrence as now as some maintenance is now done at Crewe LNW&R and so either 180's or HST's are driven down to Crewe. However the trains run irregularly, in the fact they don't run all the time just when certain maintenance is needed to be done.

And you get light engine Class 43s, for example 43484 worked solo from Crewe to Heaton (0Z43) on Tuesday. Does look quite strange in photos, I passed it on whilst onboard a 222.
