Grand Central NUS Excess

Hello,

I shall soon be booking an advance ticket with Grand Central, and holding an NUS card want to take advantage of their NUS 25% discount for booking with them, however my NUS card will be expiring two days before my journey. I intend to renew my NUS card, but in case I can't would there be any way to excess my ticket to the non-NUS ticket price or would it be a lost cause?

If it's the same as XC's 10% NUS discount then it won't print on the ticket at all.

Or if it's like TPE's 25% discount for 16-25 railcard holders, it'll simply state Disc: 25% and nothing else.

You should be fine whatever happens.

It doesn't print on the ticket, they check you have the card at the time of purchase.
