Seeing as Grand Central will be the last diesel operator using Kings Cross, have they any fixed plans for replacing their current fleet?

I'm not aware of any strategy of fleet replacement. They were looking into the procurement of Chinese built Polaris trains ten or more years ago, but those plans fell by the wayside a long time ago:
