I notice from Realtime Trains that 1A66 was terminated at Eaglescliffe this afternoon 'due to a problem with the traction equipment' The return 1N96 from Kings Cross was obviously cancelled throughout.
So what happened to the defective unit and what would its movements have been from Eaglescliffe? Would it show up on Realtime Trains?

Probably just sent empties back to Heaton, wouldn't be on RTT.

It went back to Heaton via the coast; arriving at about 18:30
