Hi, Does anyone know why areas prone to graffiti are not painted with anti-graffiti paint (where the substrate is suitable) please? I.e. rather than spend significant sums of money removing or repeatedly painting over graffiti - money that be used more productively on maintenance or upgrades. Thanks.
