hi
I’m new to the forum and have just got a new job on the railway.
I’m off to York in few weeks and I am very worried as I do not want to fail.... I have heard you have to do an English and maths test when you start. I managed to get through the ones before the job but took me few practice attempts.
I heard you had 12 months to pass these and get up to scratch. Is this true ?
The rest of the course I’m not so worried about as I will revise all I can.
I can’t afford to fail this course and really need and want this job any advice would be brilliant thanks
