Anyone who has a Contract Mobile or all in Call Package with their land line phone, must be really Miffed when they see so many companies changing to these no Regional No's 0870 , 0845 & The Like because thees are never included in free call packages & you pay via the jolly old nose for calling them..
I speak from Recent personal experience I had to call Dell 5 times between Nov 30th & Dec 5th & the calls cost me £8:62....

This is a very useful site indeed! why is it that credit card companies dealing with people in serious debt trouble have 0870 numbers?

These people will get the message the more people avail themselves of this site , regards why use 0870 ,theses non Regional numbers were introduced to have fair charges for all of the country , but that does not apply now, because at least 8/10 telephone users Now get free calls at some portion of the day.
Because for me to call "DELL" in Bracknell from my mobile using there STD code Its free unless I've gone over my 750 Min's then its 10p per min , but to fone them from my land line on the 0870 No its 25p per min , I wonder who this is to benefit
