Hey all.

Any good places on the net to look for locos/scenery and stuff for OO/HO guage?

I've done some searching an found some good sites, but I think I need to see some more.

Can anyone help me?

Hello.

Very much depends what you are after, Hattons have a good selection of OO/HO stock and scenic items and can work out cheap on some items, but some people have had issue with them when things are broken on delivery. Electrics could be got from a few places. Secondhand UK based stock can be got from Modelfair.com at reasonable prices too. There are doubtless many other places that do scenics and stock at competative prices.
