On Go Ahead’s rail management graduate programme you won’t be spending much time behind a desk! Over three job rotations you'll be immersed in all aspects of station and on-board service management, alongside project management, ensuring you are responsible for all operations elements. From ticketing, to dispatch (safe train departure), to customer care, you can expect hands-on shift work with real responsibility, building up to managing some of the UK's largest and busiest stations, immediately impacting the two-million people travelling on our network each day.

- Salary: minimum of £25,000 per year
- Location: London, with flexibility required to move across our GTR and Southeastern networks
