Staff at South Eastern, southern and london midland get free travel on each other's services. As south eastern do joint services with FCC how far up thameslink are the passes valid?

blackfriars I'm afraid, no deal in place between toc's. FCC staff are not even suppose to use the sevenoaks service between blackfriars and elephant.

How about FCC services which run alongside Southern services between London Bridge and Brighton?

The problem isn't what they run alongside, the problem is that the service is Southeastern south of Blackfriars, and FCC north of there. (Any differences shown on timetables are due to the fact that you can only assign one operator per journey)

The pass is only valid on the prescribed operator's services. I had one for a while and there were no other arrangements as far as I know. I recall Southern staff could apply for free residential travel on FCC, but this was a quota controlled arrangement.
