GMPTE/TfGM - the same re 19c CoC?

Is TfGM (was GMPTE) still classed as a PTE with regards to 19c of the Conditions of Carriage?

Thank you kwvr45. I assume then that a TfGM annual train card could be used with a normal, station to station, annual season ticket without the need to use a train which stops at the station (but does pass through) where the split ticket changes - 19c of the CoC?
