Good evening

I've heard rumours that driving car 122 on the Glasgow Subway is long term out of use? Is there any truth in these rumours and I've just been unlucky not to see it out and about?

I've been looking for it (and driving car 133 and trailer car 202) for many months now. I can't believe I have just been unlucky. Out of service seems a more likely explanation.

Just had a quick look on my Railmiles and I've not had 122 since 2013.
129 is the only Glasgow Subway car that I need for haulage. I saw it years ago but it was going in the opposite direction to where I was going at the time.

I last had 202 in Dec 2014 but I had 133 in March this year.

I suppose due to the age and replacement units having been ordered (fixed formation will make life easier!), some of the cars have been redrawn for spare parts.

The following were out during Friday AM peak:
106/128/119
112/203/131
108/118/115
125/204/126
117/123/109

130/201/101
114/206/116
121/207/104
110/205/120
103/208/124
127/129/132

I saw a grey painted subway shaped carriage on the back of a low loader in Glasgow this week. Could it have been 122 on the way to the scrappers?
