It's OK, it seems a friendly moderator has moved it (I did mention it).

No. Voyagers (class 220) have 4 coaches, and Virgin don't use any. Super Voyagers (class 221) usually have 5 coaches and are similar in many ways except that they can tilt round bends. But you'd only get double capacity by joining two sets together.

Voyagers are units ranging from 220001 to 220034. All 34 units are with CrossCountry. These units have four coaches.

Super Voyagers are units ranging from 221101 to 221143. The first 18 units (221101 - 221118) are with Virgin, the following 23 units (221119 - 221141) are with CrossCountry and the remaining 2 (221142 and 221143) are also with Virgin. All of these units, with the exception of 221141, have five coaches. There also used to be 221144, although this is now just a spare set consisting of the two drivers end units. This was because 221142, 221143 and 221144 were all originally four car units, however 142 and 143 are now five coach units with the added remains of 221144, I believe.

The 1000 Glasgow to London on 7th July should be anything from 221101 - 221118, or 221142 or 221143.

As said, the primary technical difference between a Voyager (220) and a Super Voyager (221) is that the latter has tilting capability (though the 23 with Cross Country have had the tilt disabled). The 220s are considerably lighter (per car) due to not having the tilt equipment and being able to use much lighter bogies.

I caught this service recently from Crewe to Birmingham New Street and it was busy but not overcrowded. There were seats for everybody, but not many spare. It seemed like a lot of people were waiting to board at Birmingham New Street, but a lot also got off.
