Does anyone know if there are plans for Scotrail to resume the services they cut in the evening

Had to work late and just missed the 19:12. Meant a long wait as they have taken the 19:42, 20:42 and 21:42 trains out if the evening timetable.
Real pain....

Pleasure of government operation and cuts to save ££££

Best to get onto your MSP as ask what they are doing about it.

Same level of service on the East Kilbride and Neilston branches too.

Also Newton and Gourock (although there are some fast services running between Central and Gourock in the evening to get sets up there).

If you're going all the way to Paisley Canal, would it not be quicker to get a train to Gilmour Street and walk from there rather than wait?

I guess that's less of an option for the middle of the line, though?

If their ticket was a return between Paisley Canal and Glasgow though, I am not sure you'd be able to use it to Gilmour. If what I said there's true then they should really group both Paisleys into one ticket destination.

Good point. Should be easy enough to get it endorsed before leaving Central, though?
