Glasgow Central Station Staff Parking.

Soon to start and was wondering about staff parking at the above station. Where is it and how close is it to the station, is it free or a reduced rate or can you park at "partner sites" i.e. Bridge St. Underground. Do I have to register, if so how do I do this?
Should have asked at the interview but just want to get a heads up before starting date.

I have recently started at Glasgow Central and there is about a 2 year waiting list for a parking permit. You can register when you start. Most people starting earlies park in the streets around Bridge Street Underground station and walk over the bridge to Central. Coburg Street is popular (follow the street round to your right or you'll end up in the Subway parking) Think it takes them around 15 minutes to walk in. I've never used it myself as I can get public transport in for my earliest shift.
