Glasgow - breakfast options?

I'm travelling on the Sleeper to Glasgow next week, planning to then catch the 08:21 to Oban from Queen street.
Is there anywhere within/between Central & queen street that is recommended for a quick breakfast - that is also open at that time on a Saturday morning?

One just outside Queen Street station, and a couple en-route on the walk between the stations IIRC - also a couple 2 minutes walk from Central station (Sir John Moore and Crystal Palace I think)

There is two Wetherspoons near Queen Street, one just to the left of the George Square entrance of Queen St and there is also one directly across the road from that entrance.
