On Sun 13 Dec, xx47 departures from Oxford Parkway were retimed to xx44. Could any kind expert elucidate how 1Y37 remained in the timetable in duplicate, at both 1444 and 1447, showed in duplicate in NRE live departures, and on the screens at Oxford Parkway?

When we got to Marylebone, it was shown as a duplicate arrival at 1545, "delayed". Staff at Oxford Parkway and Marylebone showed no interest whatever in getting it sorted. On a Sunday, is there any human they can contact who can correct such mistakes? Any idea when the wrong duplicate entry finally got "cancelled"?
