GF Poole Class 08 conversion to DCC

I recently acquired an early GF class 08 in excellent condition with a view to converting it to DCC - It was a tight fit, but this is how it went together. (Isn't Video a wonderful thing.... you can edit out all the times you drop the brushes, or the coupler spring makes a bid for freedom thus making me look an expert in this !)
