I don't know. I'm still waiting for Northern to get back to me with what I'm due after a 2 hour delay back in June.

Edit: I got an email this evening to say it's being sorted. So 5 months in my case!

Hopefully customer relations will just forward it to passenger accounts in Manchester promptly and you won't be waiting weeks - as customer relations take ages for anything they have to process themselves.

Under old Northern you could download a refund form from the website and post it directly to Passenger Accounts.
