Getting Locos fixed

90
91
and an 86

off of ebay. All are Hornbys and hadn't been run in a while by their owners and are all bad runners or non runners, where could I get them fixed/looked at cheaply?

Non runners can be picked up at good prices sometimes on Ebay but it is best that the buyer is able to sort them themselves to avoid paying for servicing and hence make it a "good buy". a lot of trains sold as non runners are not actually faulty but in need of maintenance like wheel cleaning, pick up contacts looked at, motor brushes, motor and drive train oiling, etc

The Hornby website should have a list of service dealers, find your local one and see what they say.
