I noticed the other week that Citymapper have mixed up Chiltern Railways and C2C on the Tube/rail map for London. I’ve emailed and reached out on Twitter twice but received no reply and the map is still incorrect. Anyone got any bright ideas how to get in touch?

The mix-up is TfL’s fault in the January revision of the R&T map.

It’s fixed in the May revision, and since the map is very outdated (Northern Line and Crossrail opening) I expect it will be brought up to date very soon anyway?

What do you mean it’s TFL’s fault? Is it wrong on their maps?

Yes, it was. (I have a separate January TfL R&T map, with a different registered user number, containing the same error).
