Getting from Schipol to Ansterdam Central using FIP

Is it possible to use FIP on this trip or am I better off getting a four day travel card as I'm there from Sunday to late Weds. I also need to get to and from AFAS live from on the Monday. Am I better off using the metro or a main line train?- again is FIP valid?

The trains between Schiphol and Amsterdam Centraal are domestic NS rail services, if your FIP is valid in the Netherlands it will be valid on all trains on that route (except Thalys). You can also take the train to get to Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station, where AFAS Live is next to.

Take a good look at the ticket you're planning to buy, there are several options - some include trains, some don't. GVB has a flowchart to help you pick the right ticket.
