Getting from Glasgow to Bute, day trip

Hi, whilst I am up in Glasgow I was looking at going to Bute for the day to visit Mount Stuart. Is it possible to use my non protected Priv on the combined ticket that includes all travel and castle entry? Or will I just use my Priv from Glasgow to Wemyss Bay and then do the rest separately?

I presume that also the one day all greater Glasgow travel pass doesn't really help me here?
