Getting a job from a Reserve Pool.

Does anyone know of anyone receiving a job offer after being placed in a Reserve Pool having passed all their assessments and interviews?

Yes is normal practice in the rail industry to have talent pools. i was in one for nearly a year before starting. What position are you going for?

I was in a pool awaiting interview for around 16 months before passing the interview stage! I'm now awaiting a start date!

Was in a talent pool for 15-16 months after passing the DMI, they then closed the talent pool so it's back to square one.
