Here's a selection from Germany, where I went to attend the 'Plandampf' which had 3 x 'Kreigsloks' and 03 1010 working before its final run on the Saturday (I've included pictures of that as weel).

There's also a selection of ICE replacements, and a look at the Berlin U and S Bahn.

Some types of ICEs are suffering with axle problems which means that they have to be taken out of service and examined much more frequently than previously. I think that they now have to be UAT'd something like every 30,000 to 60,000 kms rather than 200,000 kms as previously. This reduced availability has caused a mixture of cancellations and short-formed sets as well as producing loco hauled substitutes
