Can someone kindly direct me to an up to date summary of what is left loco hauled in south west Germany please. (if there is one!)

you will find that trains of the IC, EC, RJ and NJ caterorgy are loco hauled. Regional services it is a minority of lines. ICE-L is just being introduced.
Also Flixtrains are loco hauled.
