It's the unique (I think) amendment to whatever the copyright law is that permits GOSH to keep getting royalties in perpetuity rather than them ceasing after 75(?) years
Is that the one that legalised shooting crocodiles and pirates?

Not that. (I mean, I have no data on that, and it isn't the answer I have in mind, but yes the incidence would be a lot higher, but I assume so would be the expected incidence)
