She was apparently a goddaughter of King Arthur. One day her cow wandered onto the land of a neighbouring lord who killed it. In a future of rage King Arthur slew him, but she brought him back to life.
It strikes me that if she had just brought the cow back to life all the unnecessary slaying could have been avoided!
